Rush, Swordleaf Rush 
Starhead rush is one of our more attractive native wetland
plants. The sword shape leaves, topped with a dark brown
to black capsule-like flowers are an attractive addition
to any wetland landscape. It will even grow in shallow water.
Starhead rush dislikes lime so be sure to grow this plant
in wet acid soil.
