| Festuca glauca 'Select' - Blue
FescueThe mound forming habit and fine foliage give this grass a formal appearance.
The small size enables it to be used in window boxes, baskets and as
edging along the front of borders. If not grown on the lean side, it
may need to be divided every few years (when the center starts to die).
Trim back in late summer to stimulate new growth. We have selected the bluest of this strain of Blue fescue,
because of its particularly strong blue color, hence the
name F. glauca 'Select'. Description: cool season; clump formingFoliage is blue-green in colour; narrow blade width; 10-20 cm (4-8")
