          of the British Columbia Interior will not drain any colour from Elijah 
          Blue fescue. Try growing it indoors with Rex begonias. Description: cool season; clump formingFoliage is powder blue; leaves are narrow; 10-20 cm (4-8") in height
 Flowers are sparse; blooms in May through June; 15-25 cm (6-10") tall
  Ideal conditions: full sun or part shade; average, 
          well-drained soil; drought and heat tolerant Coldest zone: 4 (though customers have 
                      reported growing this successfully in Winnipeg and Saskatoon,
